One of our many regular contracts is the
coating of aluminium canisters in a wide variety of colours for Lifeline
Fire and Safety Systems Ltd an internationally renowned
manufacturer of FIA approved fire extinguishers and other products
used in the exacting world of the motor sport industry.
Lifeline Fire and Safety Systems require
a high quality finish to all their products and Coventry
Powder Coating's processes and operations make this possible.
- The cans are pre heated through the oven to eliminate any pockets
of air held in minor surface defects.
- Following this the cans are cleaned by hand using high performance
wipes to ensure there is no surface residue on the parts prior
to coating.
- Once the parts are cleaned they are
powder coated to the customer's specified colour.
- After the
powder coating process is complete all that then remains
is for the items to be inspected for quality to make sure that
the parts are to the specified standard.
- Following inspection
the parts are then carefully packed and dispatched.
